A member of the Rosetta Omics team attended the Journée de la Filière IA & Cancers 2026, hosted at the Ministère de l'Économie et des Finances in Paris, and followed the day's round tables. The programme explored how AI is reshaping oncology: automated language processing for tomorrow's clinical cohorts, national tools to follow innovations under early access with the "Dante" project, AI at the service of patients, the state of health-AI talent in France, hospital data use cases, and the use of historical and synthetic data for control arms. The day also featured exchanges with the Institut National du Cancer, the Plateforme de Données de Santé, the ANSM and the HAS on the conditions needed for health data and AI to make care systems more sustainable.

Our CEO & Founder Dr. Wahid Awad took part in the Universités Pharmaceutiques 2026 in Paris, speaking in the session "La 'vraie vie' des entrepreneurs" alongside Arthur Delapalme (Codoc) and Paul Rinaudo (ADLIN), moderated by Stéphane Tholander. The round table offered a candid look at the realities of building a healthtech company: day-to-day challenges, regulatory complexity and strategic trade-offs, but also the resilience and conviction that drive healthcare innovation forward. The session was part of a broader dialogue with key stakeholders of the healthcare ecosystem, including Hélène Guimiot (CNIL) and David Sainati (French Ministry of Health), on the real-world conditions required to innovate in healthcare. At Rosetta Omics, we believe advancing precision oncology requires strong collaboration across the entire ecosystem, from regulators to clinicians, researchers and innovators.

Our founder & CEO Dr. Wahid Awad spoke at BNP Paribas' Data Week during a webinar on "AI in ESG and Health", alongside experts from BNP Paribas, CIB and CPBS. The session explored how AI is transforming decision-making, sustainability and healthcare, and why high-quality, trusted data remains the foundation of meaningful innovation. Dr. Awad shared our vision of how AI and multiomics can help oncologists better predict treatment response and personalize cancer care, stressing that AI is only as powerful as the data behind it and that trust, transparency and scientific validation are essential to its adoption in healthcare.
