Wahid AWAD

Ph.D | MBA CEO & Founder

Dr. Wahid Awad is the Founder and CEO of Rosetta Omics, a deeptech healthcare startup pioneering the integration of spatial multiomics and AI to accelerate precision medicine in oncology. With academic and professional experience spanning 13 countries across five continents, he combines a global scientific, business, and cultural perspective to tackle complex challenges in life sciences and healthcare. He serves as Executive Board Member of Paris Saclay Cancer, Cluster Connect, Medicen Paris Region and ESCP Business School Alumni Association. Before founding Rosetta he used to serve as the Chief Business Officer and Board Member at CILcare. He holds a Ph.D. from the United States, a postdoctoral fellowship from France, and an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School, completed across nine countries.

Kevin ADAM

Ph.D | MBE CSO & Co-Founder

Driven by a mission to revolutionize cancer care, Dr. Kevin Adam merges his expertise as a scientist, consultant and entrepreneur to innovate at the crossroads of health and technology. With a Ph.D. in oncology using mass spectrometry and a MBE in biotech, he bridges cutting-edge science with real-world impact. His career spans renowned academic institutions and startups in the UK, USA and France, where he supported cancer research and various AI-driven solutions in digital pathology and NLP. Kevin leverages innovation to empower patients, physicians and all healthcare stakeholders in the fight against cancer. His vision is rooted in innovation that serves humanity, complemented by a passion for global health and education through volunteer work worldwide (in Europe, North/South America, Asia and Africa…).

Noah SULTAN

Ph.D | Fractional Chief Data Officer

Noah Sultan is a data science expert with a PhD in machine learning and more than 10 years of experience in AI and ML. His career began in academia, where he developed DNA motif discovery software as part of a project at the French National Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment. Since then, he has designed and built multiple AI solutions end-to-end, including backend, frontend, deployment, hosting, and tracking. Currently working as a freelance data scientist, he partners with businesses to create practical, scalable, and impactful AI solutions. With professional experience across France, Germany, Italy, and Egypt, he brings a global perspective and adaptability to every project.

Matteo Oldani

MBA | Fractional CFO

Matteo Oldani is a Fractional Strategic CFO at Rosetta Omics, supporting the company’s mission to advance cancer precision medicine through multi-omics profiling and AI. He is Associate Partner in YOURgroup, Italy’s leading Fractional C-Level Executive group, and member of ANDAF. He specializes in finance, sustainability, organizational transformation and strategy. Matteo holds an Executive MBA from ESCP, the CFA Certificate in Sustainable Investing, and is certified in Neuro-Language Programming (“NLP”).

Harshita Uppal

MIM | Chief of Staff

Harshita Uppal is pursuing a Master in Management (MiM) at ESCP Business School, Paris, as part of a dual degree program. She has gained hands-on experience in auditing projects and marketing initiatives, combining analytical thinking with creativity. Harshita brings an international perspective and a strong interest in driving business growth and innovation.
