Job Overview:<\/span><\/p>

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Master\u2019s student with a background in pharmaceutical sciences and business to join us as the Bras Droit CEO (right-hand to the CEO). This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO of an innovative company at the intersection of pharma, healthcare, and technology. The role offers hands-on experience in strategic decision-making, project management, and business operations, providing an exceptional learning opportunity for someone aspiring to a career in healthcare strategy, consulting, or entrepreneurship.<\/span><\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>

1. Strategic Support:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Assist the CEO in research, analysis, and preparation of strategic plans for the company\u2019s growth.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Prepare presentations, briefs, and reports for internal meetings, investors, and partners.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Support the CEO in identifying and evaluating new opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.<\/span><\/p>

2. Project Management:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Monitor the progress of cross-functional projects across R&D, operations, and business development.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Coordinate with teams to ensure timelines, objectives, and deliverables are met.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose process improvements.<\/span><\/p>

3. Communication and Coordination:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal\/external stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Draft emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Support the preparation and organization of meetings, including agenda setting and note-taking.<\/span><\/p>

4. Market Research and Insights:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in pharma and precision medicine.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the CEO based on your findings.<\/span><\/p>

Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/span><\/p>

Education:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Currently enrolled in a Master\u2019s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, or Business. Preferably studied pharma and currently pursuing a master business degree in pharma or biotech business\/management.<\/span><\/p>

Skills and Qualities:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Strong interest in pharma, healthcare innovation, and entrepreneurship, fundraising.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both French and English.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and synthesize insights.<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.<\/span><\/p>

Experience:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Previous internship or project experience in pharma, biotech, consulting, or business strategy is highly desirable.<\/span><\/p>

Location:<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Based in Paris (Agoranov incubator (6eme) and Station F (13eme) with the possibility of hybrid work.<\/span><\/p>
